Riberi 6: The first renovation in the shadow of the Mole certified CasaClima

Being called upon to renovate an old factory at the foot of the Mole Antonelliana and transform it into housing was certainly a great challenge both for Holding 18 as a developer and for the GAA studio which was entrusted with the design and supervision of the site. The challenge, however, was also courageous as it was decided to recover a pre-existence following the CasaClima protocol, a complex choice both from the financial point of view and for the logistics of the building site; but which was dictated by the desire to create a “different” real estate product capable of representing excellence in terms of consumption from heating and cooling.
Well the CHALLENGE HAS BEEN EXCEEDED and after all the tests provided for by the protocol, WE ARE VERY proud to tell you that Riberi 6 has been awarded the KlimaHouse certification for the renovation category!
