The neoclassical building is located in the district symbol of interculturality and Turin nightlife, close to the green heart of Turin, the Valentino park, and the lively university hub of the faculty of Architecture and many humanities faculties.
The intervention involved the recovery of the attic with the construction of three mansarded apartments equipped with barks with a balcony.
Holding 18 also invested in the maintenance of the common parts, dyeing the building’s facades and inserting an elevator into the condominium stairwell.
